The guy has a point. Apart from the obvious Vulp and Orion, it's Monoceros, Lacerta and Hydra who have sick members, too. Except Monoceros's isn't playing the Game.
Unless it's a double-blind and that whole thing wasn't a clue at all but just something to make things even more confusing... it's not likely, but all her games involve that kind of aspect...dammit.

I don't know her very well, but even if it isn't a clue, whoever got it shouldn't hide it. We'll just go off what we saw, like I told that guy. That could be wrong, then what?
He doesn't, but... letting that get in the way of making a decision... I know I'll regret it later. And it's not just him playing this, it's his team at stake.
At the very least, we know it's not with Vulp or Orion, since either of them would've shown it by now just to prove they were clean.
