Appearance/Mannerisms

• Clothing: heavily patched sleeveless tunic and pants with faded bloodstains (sleeves cut off to maximize for fixing holes, etc.) ONCE LEATHERWORK IS DONE simple moccasin boots, short gloves, and possibly a jerkin or open vest over his shirt. Has his broadsword (the Sharp Edge) at his waist whenever outdoors. Simple travel-worn scabbard and leather belt, with a couple of pouches for small stuff.
• Head: Hair's getting on the long side-- not long enough to tie at the back, but enough to be annoying when he's sweating. And his fringe is starting to get in his eyes even with his headband holding it up. Purple headband always on unless otherwise specified.
• Hands: heavily callouses from hammering and swordwork, with faded burns here and there and on his arms.
• Right Arm: shoulder has the kanji for 'earth' tattooed in black on it. Wears his bracer on his right wrist.
• Left Arm: inner wrist has a single clean knife scar across the veins.
• Lower Back: Dat Tattoo 8(
  
• Overall Build: Moderate height, muscular, stocky compared to Red and Syaoran. (Probably the least noodley member of Cepheus.)
  
• Posture: Casual, open, mostly unguarded, unless you're one of a select few he's wary of (most Ophis, Slick in particular, Mao, Hydra sometimes), in which case he's a lot more tense and alert. Otherwise relaxed even around strangers.
• Has a very obvious habit of scratching the back of his head/neck, especially when nervous.
• IS NEVER SHIRTLESS no matter how hot it gets, the most he'll concede to is rolling up his trousers.
• His face and body language is usually pretty easy to read; it's obvious to see if he's feeling awkward or troubled, etc.
• Is pretty physically touchy with his bros. If you see them together there's usually draping/ruffling/boyish antics~ happening. With other friends he'll sometimes do stuff like shoulder or backpats, but hairruffles tend to be for people he's close to and younger than him.

Common Haunts

• Cepheus! Either in it or outside it working on the garden.
• Forge/volcanic zone in general. Mostly forging, though he sometimes just lies down and watches the napalmanders on the cliffs leading down to the lava.
• Lakeside, fishing or taking a time out.
• Riverside nearest to Cepheus for laundry or taking a time out.
• The common area to the southwest that doesn't really lead anywhere significant. He trains there every now and again where misfires won't hurt anyone. :|a
• Sometimes pops into the library to chill with Red.

State of His Room

• Now being used as a storeroom since he and Syaoran and Red are piling in Red's room.
• Full of assorted stone/obsidian/wooden weaponry and tools for gardening/fishing/making more tools and implements etc. Some of these are being phased out with metal versions.
• Also contains raw materials like rope and leather and skins and bones and unshaped flint.
• The bed is mattressless since it got moved to Red's floor.

Daily Routine

• Gets up when either Red or Syaoran or both do and goes to water the plants/hoe up weeds, etc GARDENING STUFF while breakfast prep is happening.
• After breakfast cleanup helps around with more gardening if necessary but if not gets his pack and lovingly prepared lunchbox whatever Red has for him to nom on and heads out to either the forge or to the usual hunting/foraging spots (see haunt).
• Spends most of the day till late afternoon/evening experimenting with metal or exploring or getting food. If it's not a forge day he might take some time to go practice his swording at the Training Place.
• Comes back in time for dinner.
• After dinner helps with more chores like fixing up torn clothes or the laundry. If there's nothing else to be doing with his hands he'll just whittle at a piece of wood or sketch ideas for tools in the journal.
  
• Heads for baths when it's late and just before bed.
  
• Generally anytime he's at or around the dorms is also team socializing and banter time. :|b And naturally chores and tasks can be with teammates.

Interacting Offscreen

• Makes friendly and casual-polite talk, unless you're one of The Few he's wary of (parts of Hydra/Lepus/Ophi), in which case sometimes it's a little more awkward but still polite.
• His mood is usually reflective of recent events (traumatic/happy/etc) but he's easily distracted by the current topic of conversation.
• If you're working at something at the time he'll very likely offer to help, especially if it looks like a lot of effort. This applies even to The Few, though much less frequently.
• Avoids Slick where he can. Likewise Mao but for slightly different reasons.
• If you're a girl, the more forward you are with him (especially physical contact, etc.) the more likely to be flustered he gets. Also applies to some guys, like Fay. IT'S NOT THAT HE DOESN'T LIKE YOU it's just .////. uhhm
• Bracer is default up, but he lowers it whenever he's talking to Jace or Poppy. Nothing all that unusual about his brainspace.
