Signing off IRC and putting all threading on hold for the next 48 hours; gonna be focusing all my energy on the last leg heading up to Saturday. I'm reachable on Gchat for anything urgent!

As a note, there's word going round---still really just rumor at this point-- that internet/telcom services here may be disrupted or shut down during that same time period, so if I don't manage to check in till Saturday moontime evening it's probably due to that.
